Dental Lab for Cosmetic Dentists

Hand-layered veneers, anterior crowns and digital smile design — built by the technician on your account, previewed with a wax-up, matched to the tooth beside it, and never posted without your say-so.

You outsource anterior work because the result is judged in a mirror, in daylight, by the one patient who paid a premium for it. This is the lab built for that case — esthetic work on a separate track, one technician who carries it, and a wax-up before anything irreversible happens.

Why send it here

One lab, accountable for how your anterior case is made

Anterior work doesn't get a second chance to look right — the patient checks it in a mirror, not a lab report, and by then the prep is already done.

That's why esthetic cases run on their own track here: a wax-up before anything irreversible, and a technician who won't ship a shade until you've both signed off on it.

Real cases

Matched to the tooth beside it

The hardest match in the mouth is one new unit against a natural neighbor. Cross-polarized photos, the stump shade recorded, and — where it matters — a bisque try-in before glaze, so the match is verified against the adjacent tooth, not a tab held in the light.

  • Cross-pol + stump shade: The prep color under a thin veneer changes everything — we record it before we build.

  • Verified under magnification: Margins, contacts and surface checked at the bench before the case ships.

Previewed, not guessed

A wax-up before anything is irreversible

Every esthetic case can start as a diagnostic wax-up or a digital smile design. You and the patient approve the shape and proportion, you prep to the matrix, and the provisional becomes a preview of the final rather than a surprise.

  • Diagnostic wax-up / DSD: Shape, proportion and midline resolved before the prep, not after.

  • Prep to a matrix: The approved design carries into the mouth as the provisional.

Why cosmetic practices move

Built for the case that has to be invisible

These are the failures a premium anterior case cannot afford, and the ones our esthetic workflow is built to prevent.

  1. The unit comes back flat and monochromatic — nothing like the photo you sent.

Anterior esthetic cases are hand-layered to your reference photos — incisal translucency, mamelon character, surface texture, cervical warmth — not averaged out to a stock shade on the monolithic line.

  2. You cannot reach the person actually stacking the ceramic.

Your case stays with one technician on your account, reachable directly. Line angles, incisal effects and characterization get discussed before the porcelain goes on — not corrected after the patient is in the mirror.

  3. No wax-up or mock-up, so you prep a smile case nobody has previewed.

We build a diagnostic wax-up or digital smile design first. The patient approves the shape and proportion, you prep to the matrix, and the provisional is a preview of the final. Digital Smile Design

  4. A single central next to a natural tooth never quite matches.

The hardest match goes through custom shade matching — cross-polarized photos, the stump shade recorded, and an optional bisque try-in before glaze. We match to the adjacent tooth, not a tab in the light. Custom shade matching

  5. You find your own case on a lab’s social feed, patient and all.

Your cases are yours. We never post a case, a photo, or a before-and-after without your written consent — the patient’s privacy is not our marketing budget.

The workflow

How an esthetic case is built with you

Collaborative by default — you approve the design before the prep, and verify the match before the glaze.

  1. Scan and photos in

    You

Send an intraoral scan (iTero, 3Shape, Medit) or a conventional impression, with cross-polarized photos and the stump shade for anterior work.

  2. Wax-up or digital smile design

    Lab

We work up the shape, proportion and midline. You and the patient approve the design before anything is prepped.

  3. Prep to the matrix

    You

The approved design becomes your reduction guide and provisional — the case is previewed in the mouth, not guessed at.

  4. Bisque try-in where it counts

    Together

On the matches that decide the case, the shade is verified in the mouth before the case is glazed.

  5. Characterize, glaze, deliver

    Lab

Final characterization and glaze, finished to seat — returned on the date quoted at intake.

Esthetic cases, de-risked

Every esthetic case can start with a wax-up you and the patient sign off on, and the matches that decide the case get a bisque-stage try-in before glaze. New to us? If a unit misses because of a lab error, we remake it at our cost. See what the remake policy covers.

Cosmetic practice FAQ

What Cosmetic Dentists Ask Before They Switch

Yes. Anterior and esthetic cases stay with one technician on your account, and you get a direct line to them. Discuss line angles, incisal effects and characterization before the porcelain is stacked, and send reference photos straight to the person using them.

That is the default for smile-design work, not an add-on. We build a diagnostic wax-up or a digital smile design from your photos and scan, you and the patient approve the shape and proportion, and it becomes your reduction guide and provisional matrix so you prep to a known result.

Digital Smile Design

Send cross-polarized photos with a shade tab in frame and record the stump shade — the underlying prep color changes everything on a thin veneer or a translucent crown. For the hardest matches we offer a bisque-stage try-in so you can verify the shade in the mouth before the case is glazed.

Custom shade matching

Never without your written consent. Your cases and your patients’ photos are not our marketing material. If you want to collaborate on content that is a separate, opt-in conversation — the default is that your work stays yours.

Both, chosen by the case. We press and cut back or hand-layer where esthetics lead, and reserve full-contour monolithic material for where strength has to win. The recommendation comes with the reasoning, so you are deciding, not being sold a house material.

Aesthetic veneers and crowns support

Cross-polarized photos with a shade tab in frame, stump shade on discolored preps, and any smile-design or wax-up reference. iTero, 3Shape, and Medit exports all work — esthetic cases stall when photos and scan disagree, not when the portal differs.
